Sons products. However, we cannot guarantee freedom from injury. The user assumes all risk relative to its use.
Teamsportshop.com & Mike Ryan & Sons assumes no liability for improper use, maintenance, or assembly negligence.
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, teamsportshop.com & Mike Ryan & Sons shall have no liability,
whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise for any loss of profit or use, property damage, or any indirect, incidental,
or consequential charges. Every product sold is with this condition, and representatives of teamsportshop.com & Mike Ryan &
Sons may not waive or change it. The purchaser hereby agrees to indemnify and hold teamsportshop.com & Mike Ryan & Sons
harmless from any claims or damages arising out of the use of the products by third parties. This provision includes,
but is not limited to, purchaser’s agreement that it will, in the event a claim is made, stand in place of teamsportshop.com
& Mike Ryan & Sons in investigating, responding to, and defending against the claim and will pay all damages, costs,
and attorney fees associated with defending against the claim.
Warranty:
Teamsportshop.com & Mike Ryan & Sons warranties all products against material and manufacturing defects up to one year
from date of purchase. Products found, in the sole discretion of teamsportshop.com & Mike Ryan & Sons, to be misused, abused,
or improperly maintained, will not be guaranteed. Refund, repair, or replacement, will be the purchaser’s sole remedy for any
and all damage caused by, arising out of, or relating to any product, purchased, but not limited to any claim for breach of
any warranty, express or implied, with respect to any product. Teamsportshop.com & Mike Ryan & Sons reserves the right to change
these terms at any time, without any prior written notice to the purchaser.
Sales Policy:
All sales are payable in US Funds only. We accept payments through Paypal as well as mailed Money Orders and Cashier’s Checks.
We will not process personal checks. We reserve the right to wait until payment has cleared the bank in order to begin processing
your order. All orders must be prepaid. School Districts, Companies, and Government Agencies can contact us if they are interested
in setting up an account.
We will only sell to adults over the age of 18.
If Legal Action is required to collect any debt owed to teamsportshop.com or Mike Ryan & Sons on account of this invoice, legal
fees incurred in the collection will be awarded to the prevailing party. Past due accounts will be charged 1.5% per month.
Freight Policy:
We strive to send all orders by the most efficient, cost effective and secure means available. Rush shipments and large items
will be charged actual freight.
All products drop shipped from teamsportshop.com & Mike Ryan & Sons will be F.O.B. Portland, OR, 97220 unless otherwise arranged
with dealer. Risk of loss passes to purchaser upon delivery of product by teamsportshop.com & Mike Ryan & Sons to a carrier.
Inspect all shipments for freight damage when received. Freight damage claims must be filed within 5 business days of receipt,
at the receiving end.
Return Policy:
All returns must be accompanied by a written return authorization. Authorized returns of salable merchandise may be subject
to a (15-20%) restocking charge. We cannot authorize returns on custom imprinted items if no mistake is made on our part.
Garments that have been printed or worn, awards that have been printed or engraved, and custom banners are not eligible for
return. The purchaser is responsible for return freight and insurance.
Pricing Policy:
Teamsportshop.com & Mike Ryan & Sons reserves the right to change prices without notice in the event of extreme conditions.
Privacy Policy:
Teamsportshop.com and Mike Ryan & Sons is dedicated to protecting your privacy. We will never sell or rent information gathered
from customers. Any information gathered from customers is used to determine our market strategy and to help us offer what our
customers are looking for.
