Ordering Information
Due to the nature of our customization of products and since every order is unique; we will send an e-mailed or faxed
quotation with the total sales amount, including any shipping or other charges.
If you agree to the charges, we will request payment to begin processing your order.
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, and Bank Issued Debit Cards.
Customers may elect to pay using two methods.
We can send an e-mail invoice utilizing Paypal, an online and secure credit card processing system. Should you not wish
to join and use Paypal, we offer another secure option.
You may elect to print the invoice and fax it to us at (503) 408-0400. Please print and fill out the form in its entirety
and sign it. We will process your order via our secure in-house order processing system. This method protects your identity
by keeping the transaction off the Internet. We use a secure and direct link to our bank.
Either way, your information remains private and secure. By faxing orders in, and by signing the order form, you protect yourself.
We reserve the right to refuse to process orders with incomplete information or, where a transfer of funds cannot be completed.
Orders with a different Bill to and Ship to address may take longer to complete due to the time it takes to verify authenticity.
